BuiIt as a sailing piIchard driver out of Looe in 1921 to the traditional lines of these West Country boats with a long keel , straight stem & transom stern dith transom-hung rudder.

Ketch rig on keel stepped varnished solid pine masts, gaff main with fidded topmast, lug mizzen shaeted to a long outrigger ln the traditional way.

1 Ford Parsons 97hp diesel with single lever control PRM box to stbd off-set 3 blade prop gives 8 knts.

6 berths. V-berths in fore cabin, hanging locker. Saloon, main mast in way, with L-shaped settee to stbd pulls out to make a double Derth. Stbd L-shaped galley with full size gas cooker, microwave cooker, double sink & good surface. to port, a long surface with storage cupboards & fridge under, Taylors diesel fired cabin heater in the middle. Bulkhead door to port to port heads compartment with basin & Par sea toilet, chart table over the engine box to stbd. Port & stbci berths aft, companionway to deck between. 2 x 120 gall water tanks with pressurised water supply & Paloma gas water heater. Full head-room through the middle of the boat, 5' forward. Robust varnished hardwood joinery.

Old by us many years ago to a local boat builder who completed a major rebuild in Dartmouth & took her to sea. Berthed in Falmouth for many years, cruised locally and in regattas. Largely used as part time live aboard by the present owners in Falmouth. A sound example of the type with an eastly handled rig deal to live aboard cruisin. Good 1999 survey.
