American Murray Petersen Coaster 11design built in Cornwall for the previous owner in 1980/82. Iroko planking all copper & bronze fastened to sawn oak frames with steamed oak intermediate timbers. Full keel, short counter stern and clipper bow, a design inspired by the New England schooners..Teak over ply deck, forward and main cabin roofs with iroko coamings, sheathed ply tops. Varnished iroko self drain cock-pit with wheel steering on Edson gear. 4.5 t ext iron ballast keel. + 2t int lead ballast.
