Buchanan design, built by Cornish boatbuilders in 1974. Long keel, short counter stern & fiddle-head stem. 1 1/4" pitchpins., all copper fastened to heavy oaK frames. Solid laid teak deck, elm coach-roof. Large self-drain cockpits lead ballast keel. Tiller.
Gaff yawl rig on keel-stepped varnished pine masts, s/s rigging. Runners on
tackles. Pair of cock-pit sheet winches. 1974 sails by Ratsey mainsail
mizzen, staysail, N° 1 & 2 jibs, trisail, 2nd staysail & big lightweight
