Payne design built by Summers & Payne in Southampton In 1898. Classic lines of the period with long counter stern & blunt stem. Teak topsides, newly replanked larch bottom, all silicon bronze screw fastened 1992. Original teak deck with new hatch & centre-line skylights & cockpit all in teak. Lead keel, new bolts.
Gaff yawl rig to contemporary design on new laminated varnished keel-stepped masts, galv rigging, traditional blocks. 1990 sails in white terylene. Main, mizzen, topsail, staysail, furling jib, flying jib.
1992 62hp turbo charged 4-cyl Yanmar diesel. New plumbing, tanks & electrics.
8 berths. Forepeak stowage. Owner's cabin with stbd dble berth. port toilet compIt, dressing table & antique hand-basin. Bulkhead to saloon cabin with stbd settee berth & Pulman berth over. port galley with gas cooker, press.
