Built by Folkboat builder Parham in 1964. Standard carvel-planked Nordic Folkboat with long keel and raked transom stern with transom hung rudder. Major rebuild 1993/4. Teak laid deck. Coach-roof with dog-house all rebuilt with varnished coamings and teak laid top with hand-holds. 3 port holes in the coamings, windows in the dog-house, new alloy fore hatch on the forward end. New sliding hatch entrance with wash-boards. Rebuilt all varnished cock-pit, all teak laid with liifting sole boards and bridge deck carrying mainsheet track.. Varnished toe rail with new s/s stanchions and top wire, dodgers. Iron ballast keel, bolts replaced 1993/4.
Standard Folkboat 3/4 sloop rig on deck stepped alloy mast. 1994 s/s rigging to s/s chain plates, single fore stay, split back-stay, lowers and cap shrouds over single spreaders with jumpers over. Slab reef alloy boom, pair of Lewmar 16 winches, pair of Lewmar 8s all in cock-pit. Mainsail, genoa, jib, storm jib and spinnaker with pole.
1994 Yanmar 1GM10 1-cyl 9hp diesel to centre line 3-blade prop gives 5knts. 5 gall plastic fuel tank in cock-pit locker. 12v battery. New 1994 stern gear, sea-cocks and exhaust.
4 berths. V-berths in fore peak with infill. Port hanging lcoker, stbd Par sea toilet.Bulkhead to saloon cabin. Varnished ply bulkheads, coamings and deck beams. Port and stbd settee berths. Port galley over the feet of port berth, 2-burner paraffin cooker.. 54" head-room. All new upholstery.
Compass, sounder, VHF, autohelm. CQR anchor and chain. Warps, fenders, 2 bilge pumps and covers. Probably the most immaculately restred Folkboat afloat.
