Built by Dixon & Hutchinson, Southampton, In 1924 to a design typical of the period. Long keel, straight stem. transom stern with a bronze spade rudder & stock hung on the transom, raised fore deck. 1-1/2 pitch-pine planking copper fastened to steamed oak timbers on an oak back-bone. Laid pine deck. Varnished coach-roof runs aft of deck step with varnisheed wheel-house over. Guard rails with varnished capping ail round. Approx 5tons Internal lead ballast pigs.

Small mast stepped In tabernacle on the fore deck.

Parsons 36hp 4 cyl 1957 diesle on the centre line swings 3-blade prop supported on A-bracket. BMC Captain 4~cyl 18hp 1.955 wing engine. 10 knts max. 80 gall steel fuel tank aft. 12v starting battery per engine + 12v ships supply battery.

6 berths. V~berths In fore cabin. Bulkhead to saloon cabin with port & stbd settee berths. lockers, side boards etc.Bulkhead to stbd heads compartment with SL Sea toilet & shower, port galley with gas cooker, sink, work surfaces & stowage. Centre steps up to wheel-house, main engine under. Stbd off-set steps down to aft cabin with port double bunk, wing engine under. Lazarette. 60 galls water from engine room s/s tank with pres. water system. 6'3” head-room.

Compass, sounder. log, VHF, Autoheim autopilot, Furuno radar. Nachor chain & windlass. Flares & fire extinguishers. Surveyed July 1996 & all recs carried out.
